Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

  2. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
